If you have entered the incorrect shipping address, simply send us an email to email@example.com, and we will update it once your order has not yet left our warehouse. If your order has been shipped, we will do our best to see how we can help you.
If your product arrived damaged, we will make it right for you. Please send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org, along with a photo of your damaged product/s, and we will send you a new product/s, on us.
Not to worry! You have the option of making payment via National Commercial Bank by selecting our "Local (Jamaica) Bank Deposit / Online Transfer" option during Checkout. Once your order is complete, the order confirmation page will include our banking information. An invoice will also be sent to your email containing our bank account information and instructions.

We use Optiphen Plus. Optiphen Plus is a paraben- and formaldehyde-free preservative system that is ideal for products with a lower pH system. It offers adequate protection against bacteria, yeast, and mold growth.
